  • Price Increase Coming

    Good morning, We wanted to let you know that we will shortly be increasing the pricing on our Melvin generators / engines.    Our goal is to provide the best value heat engine generator available.  With pressurization, the power output of our engines is increasing, we expect our cost per KW to decrease but the overall sticker price of the engine will increase.  We are almost done with the Melvin pressurization and will be moving to incorporate that technology into our smaller Melvin Jr. generator / engine.  We wanted to let our close followers and anyone who might be ready...

  • Melvin Order Deposits Now Reopened !

    We've worked through a good portion of our backlog, added some new folks to the shop and are ready for a few more orders.  There is still a significant backlog and shipping times are at 90 days plus but we're closing the gap and moving to a inventory based order system over the next few months.  This will improve our order-ship timing considerably.   • Backlog Growing - New Orders on Hold

    Hi Folks,   We've put our orders on hold for the time being.  Just a bit swamped with production.  We're over our 90 delivery window and prefer not to rush it.  We are moving to an inventory based order system which will reduce production time, but it still a ways off.  Shouldn't last too long - appreciate your patience.  Contact us if you have questions.    We'll update the system as soon as we get a few of these engines shipped.  12-5-23
